Thoroughly wet your hair in the shower.
Apply a small amount of shampoo to your hands and distribute it through your hair, massaging gently.
Rinse lightly with lukewarm water.
Reapply the shampoo, this time allowing abundant lather to form. Massage and leave it on for 1 to 2 minutes before rinsing thoroughly.
After shampooing, apply an appropriate amount of conditioner or mask, massage, and leave it on for another 1 to 2 minutes before rinsing thoroughly.
