1. Registration and approval for wholesale sales

All customers who register in our wholesale sales system will undergo an internal evaluation.

After approval, the customer will receive exclusive access to special wholesale prices and conditions.

We reserve the right to approve or reject registration according to our internal criteria.

2. Minimum order

The minimum wholesale purchase amount is 30,000 yen, calculated based on the retail price (without discounts).

3. Prices

• Discounts will be applied to the total amount calculated based on the retail price (regular price).
• Both the retail price and the wholesale price may change without prior notice due to:
  • Dollar and euro fluctuations
  • Global economic situation
  • Logistics costs (fuel, transportation, etc.)

4. Payment methods

We accept the following methods:

✔ Bank Transfer

• Shipping: ¥850 (all Japan)

✔ Cash on Delivery

• Shipping: ¥1500 (all Japan)

⚠ Credit Card / PayPal

• Valid only for retail purchases
• Not available for wholesale orders

5. Shipping and delivery

• We ship throughout Japan via:
  • Yamato Transport
  • Sagawa Express
  • Japan Post

Shipping time

• Orders received by 2:00 PM (local time) will be processed for shipment the same business day, provided all items are in stock and payment is confirmed.
• Orders received after this time will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
• This deadline does not apply in the following cases:
  • Weekends, national holidays, or recess periods
  • High demand periods (promotions, campaigns, holidays, etc.)
  • Delays caused by external factors such as adverse weather conditions, logistical problems, customs inspections, or force majeure
  • Issues related to payment, order review, or customer data confirmation
• In these situations, the shipping time may be extended without prior notice, always being done as quickly as possible.
• General timeframe:
  • In-stock products: shipping within 1–2 business days
  • Restocking products: up to 5 business days
• The delivery time may vary according to:
  • Region
  • High demand periods
  • Weather or logistical conditions

6. Delivery conditions

• After shipment, a tracking code will be provided
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers
• The customer must ensure that the delivery address is complete and correct

7. Product authenticity

All products sold by our company are 100% original and come directly from the manufacturers or authorized official distributors.

We guarantee the authenticity and quality of each product, complying with the import and marketing regulations in force in Japan.

Additionally, all perfumes have the importer’s seal/label, which includes the product technical data, the ingredient list (INCI), and other mandatory information, in accordance with applicable Japanese legislation.

8. Cancellations, returns, and order refusals

• We do not accept cancellations after order confirmation, nor returns for personal reasons of the customer.
• Exchanges or returns will only be accepted in cases of proven manufacturing defects.
• In the case of orders sent via Cash on Delivery (COD) that are not accepted by the customer:
  • The order will be canceled
  • The customer registration may be blocked or deleted from the system
  • The company reserves the right to refuse future sales to the same customer

9. Important considerations

• Some products may have:
  • Packaging changes
  • Batch differences
• These variations do not affect the product quality

10. Acceptance of conditions

When making a wholesale purchase, the customer declares that they have read and accepted all the conditions established in these regulations.
