Slight changes in color or intensity do not constitute defects.

Imported perfumes, especially Arabian fragrances, may show batch variations due to:

  • Manufacturer reformulations

  • Raw material availability

  • Regulatory changes

  • Handmade or semi-handmade production

Subtle differences in color, longevity, projection, or aroma nuance are normal.

9. Fragrance perception

Aroma perception may vary according to:

  • Skin pH

  • Physical or hormonal conditions

  • Environment

  • Individual olfactory sensitivity

Differences in perception are not considered defects.

10. Returns and refunds

Returns follow our specific policy. In general:

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Opened perfumes and cosmetics may not be eligible for sanitary reasons

  • Return shipping may be the customer's responsibility
