6. Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned due to:

  • Refusal to accept delivery

The customer may be responsible for paying shipping fees again.


7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 3 days after delivery

  2. Send photos of the package and product

  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund when applicable
